FALL 2019 Registration -OPEN FROM JUNE 27 - JULY 10, 2019
  • Volunteer Fee

    You will be required to pay a $30 volunteer fee per family, but the way it's working right now, you have to accept the $30 fee per player. Please email jbwaddle@netins.net if you have 2+ players you are trying to register before you pay, for a code to get credit for one $30 fee.

    • U9 AND UP PLAYERS - FOR NEW PLAYERS!!

      All U9 and up players are required to purchase your own uniforms. Once you have your player registered, copy/paste this link to place uniform order. https://psc2019fall.itemorder.com/sale

      • U5/U6/U7/U8 PLAYERS

        All U5 - U8 players will have reversible shirts for games. The cost is being split 50/50, between player & club. These will be worn for the next few seasons. Please make sure you select appropriate sizing.

          • Board Member and Club Personnel Registration 2019-2020

            You will need to be prepared to enter your driver’s license number, social security number, and a photo. All board members and club personnel will be required to complete the same three steps as coaches; online registration, concussion education training and SafeSport training. Concussion and SafeSport training links will be included in your confirmation email.
